TERMS & CONDITIONS

Weddings

Early booking is advisable to ensure our availability. Bookings are accepted together with a booking fee of £50 

The outstanding balance can be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to your booked date.

Although we have insurance we do recommend that clients take out their own insurance.

Clients reserve the right to cancel at any time up to the booked date in writing to Roy Powell Photography

(hereafter RPP)  All monies paid excluding the booking fee (£100) will be returned. This amount will be returned if we can fill your date with another client.

RPP will endeavour to adhere with bookings but cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances however caused. We would endeavour to find  replacement photographers or return all monies paid.

Copyright

RPP retains the copyright of all photographic images supplied to the client for their own use. RPP reserve the right to use  images for internal promotions and for portfolio use on their website unless otherwise requested by the client.

Reproduction of images for anything other than personal use must be granted by RPP in writing

Weather conditions

RPP can take no responsibility for weather conditions if the job has to be completed outside. The agreed price must be paid in full.

Payment

A booking fee of £50 is required with your booking form

The balance to be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date or when we visit you for final discussions.
